GRIVORY GV - A Proved Metal Substitution

The basic material of GRIVORY series is semi-crystalline polyamide with aromatic content. Grivory GV is in granule form to facilitate regular sales and further injection molding or extrusion of models.

Grivory can make technical elements with the following characteristics:

• High stiffness and strength
• Almost no change in characteristic value after absorption of moisture
• Little moisture and water absorption
• High dimension stability and low warpage
• High chemical resistance of typical polyamide
• High surface stability
• Cost-effective production

The following Grivory G levels are provided:

Grivory GV： Glass fiber reinforced, very hard
Grivory GVX： Greatest stiffness and strengthen value, very low warpage
Grivory GM： Mineral reinforced, low warpage
Grivory GVN： Glass fiber reinforced, impact resistant
Grivory GC： Carbon reinforced, very hard
Grivory G4V： Glass fiber reinforced, good surface quality
Grivory GVS： Glass fiber reinforced, excellent flow behavior
Grivory GV FWA： Glass fiber reinforced, used to contact food and drinking water

These products are also suitable for various modifications. The results vary according to the concentrations of intensifiers, stabilizers and processing aids used.

Givory FWA series are not harmful to human body and are applied to have direct contact with water and food.

GRIVORY HT - Properties under high temperature reinforced

Grivory HT products are semi-crystalline, thermoplastic construction material derived from polyphthalamide (PPA).

A main characteristic of Givory HT is its high performance properties. Injection molding elements made from Givroy HT can keep the original shape even at very high temperature. The properties of Givroy HT make the products be worthy of being classified as high performance plastics. Regarding stiffness and strength which are the most vital properties of metal substitution, Givory HT, which operates under 120℃, has advantage over PPS or PEEK materials.

Givory HT is in granules so as to render injection molding convenient and manufacturing with general facilities and equipment sold on the market possible.
